  1. I post this because it is a contribution to the marxist analysis of these issues and should be taken seriously. I would like to do a reply to it, or review at some stage god knows when. The author is a Canadian marxist, I can’t remember what party affiliation he stated, I should be more careful about such accuracies on my part!
